NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness)

Purpose of Simulation

  • - Analyze the noise pattern reduced by using our products at the corresponding Hz range and develop the products further to mett the required target.
  • - To figure out the noise pattern caused by engine speed and develop the products to meet the target.

Result of Simulation

Analyze noise reduction and transmission loss of the products, and the noise reduction of tail pipe is also measured at the end of the tail pipe and anlyzed at every frequency.

FVM (Finite Volume Method)

Purpose of Simulation

  • - To figure out the back pressure of product and uniformity using fluid analysis and develop the products satisfying the Required target.
  • - To avoid design factors increasing back pressure and adapt the design to have laminar flow, instead of turbulent flow.
  • - To understand the flow and develop the design to eliminate dead zone, which allows the fluid to flow uniformly.

Result of Simulation

Analyze natural frequency, frequency response analysis, random FRA and dynamic stiffness of the products.

FEM (Finite Elements Method)

Purpose of Simulation

  • - To analyze the natural frequency of products and develop the products to prevent from generating the natural frequency at low Hz avoid engine frequency.
  • - The products need to meet the target calue of stress, displacement and acceleration. Most of all, it is our primary purpose to analyze the stress caused by natural frequency at low Hz and to improve the rigidity of the products.

Result of Simulation

Analyze natural frequency, frequency response analysis, random FRA and dynamic stiffness of the products.
